King St, Covent Garden - London

Winner – Heritage Lighting Design

Winner – LED Interior Lighting Design

Set within the historic heart of Covent Garden, King Street is a refined London residence where light plays a quiet yet transformative role. The building’s heritage fabric — from its original proportions to its carefully restored architectural details — becomes the foundation for a lighting scheme shaped by restraint, softness and respect. Rather than imposing a contemporary language, the design gently enhances what is already there, reinstating a sense of calm and spatial clarity throughout the home.

Our approach balances contemporary sensitivity with the building’s historic character, layering warm ambient illumination with precise, minimal accents to reveal texture, materiality and craftsmanship. Subtle contrasts guide movement through the residence, while carefully concealed sources ensure visual comfort and an atmosphere that feels effortlessly composed.

Every room is shaped with the intention of creating harmony between old and new. The result is a quietly elegant interior where light amplifies depth and proportion, restoring the building’s dignity while supporting modern living. King Street stands as an example of how architectural heritage can be enriched through thoughtful, unobtrusive lighting design — where the architecture remains the protagonist, and light simply completes the story.

Claro Restaurant - London

Winner – Bar & Restaurant Lighting Design

Claro is a richly textured dining space where light shapes atmosphere, depth and materiality with quiet precision. Our lighting design was developed to complement the restaurant’s sculptural interior palette — warm timbers, soft stone textures and handcrafted details — using a layered approach that supports both visual comfort and dramatic mood shifts.

Subtle, concealed linear lighting defines architectural contours and enhances the rhythmic geometry of the space, while miniature downlights provide intimate pools of focus at each table without disrupting sightlines. Accent lighting highlights feature surfaces and vertical textures, enriching contrast and guiding the guest’s experience through the restaurant.

At the bar, light becomes an expressive element: softly backlit panels and concealed joinery illumination create a warm, glowing focal point that anchors the space and elevates its material richness. The overall effect is an environment that feels immersive, refined and atmospheric — a dining experience where lighting plays a central role in revealing colour, tone and tactile beauty.

Claro demonstrates how thoughtful, integrated lighting can elevate hospitality interiors, blending functionality with emotional resonance to create a space that feels both inviting and memorable.

Eatzen Restaurant - Malahide, Dublin

Winner – Bar & Restaurant Lighting Design

Eatzen is a contemporary dining space where light is used to shape mood, rhythm and material presence with subtle, deliberate precision. The design approach focuses on creating an interior that feels warm, inviting and texturally rich, while supporting the fluid movement of guests through the restaurant.

Softly concealed linear lighting defines the architectural lines and enhances the layered interplay between timber, stone and fabric finishes. Minimal, glare-controlled downlights introduce gentle pools of illumination over tables, creating intimacy without isolating diners from the wider atmosphere. Feature accents highlight key textural elements and sculptural moments within the space, drawing attention to craftsmanship and reinforcing the restaurant’s refined aesthetic identity.

Lighting at the bar plays a dual functional and expressive role. Backlit surfaces and discreet joinery illumination introduce a warm, ambient glow that anchors the space and enhances the tactile beauty of the materials. The resulting environment feels cohesive and atmospheric — a dining experience shaped by balance, depth and quiet sophistication.

Eatzen demonstrates how finely tuned lighting can elevate hospitality interiors, enriching materiality, enhancing comfort and supporting a dining ambience that feels both contemporary and effortlessly welcoming.

Tombo Den - Melbourne

For our project, we drew profound inspiration from the enchanting essence of “Tokyo at Midnight,” where each corner of the city reveals a unique story, intricately woven through the dynamic interplay of light and shadow. This concept guided every aspect of our design, resulting in an immersive environment that captivates and intrigues.

Lighting serves as a pivotal element in our vision, establishing an inviting yet mysterious atmosphere. We meticulously crafted layers of illumination, highlighting hidden details that surprise and delight diners. This approach not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also enriches the overall dining experience, encouraging guests to explore and engage with their surroundings.

In essence, our design transforms the dining space into a narrative journey, where each moment is illuminated by the magic of Tokyo’s nocturnal charm.
